Al Branch, Executive Vice President, took his turn at a dip in the OC pond as Neil Arter, Dean of Students, stood by and held a towel so he could dry off.

This is the sixth year of a fight that has raged on between Branch and Arter over which team will win the annual Red River Shootout. Arter took his own dip last year (click here to watch) and was extremely pleased to watch from the shoreline following OU’s victory over Texas, snapping a two-year losing streak.

Branch, a huge Texas fan and MBA graduate, also served OU cake to the students in the cafeteria following the swim.
