Oklahoma Christian University is proud to feature Adam Lunceford in the Alumni Spotlights section of AlumNews. Adam graduated OC in 2003 and is currently a Global Wealth Management Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in Denver, CO.

Degree? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

What are you most known for? Working hard, being focused and driven, and love to laugh

What is your true calling? To serve individuals through a leadership position and be a role model for others

How'd you find this calling? Lots of prayer, and by taking advantage of the opportunities that God provided me

What is your biggest personal or professional achievement so far? Being a top performance financial advisor at Merrill Lynch

What is your proudest moment? Marrying my wife, Kristen!!!

What is something people should know about you that is not on your resumé? I coach varsity boys basketball

Life's motto? Live every moment as though it were your last.

Your inspiration? Jesus

Teamwork or fly solo? Fly solo at work, on a team with my wife everywhere else

If you woke up tomorrow and had to start a new career, what would it be? I would start my own consulting firm, or be an actor

How do you plan to self improve? Spend more time with my family and in private time with God

What advice do you have for future generations? Strive to find God's will for your life, and your life will turn out much better than you ever could have made it yourself.

Describe yourself in 3 words? Driven, joyful, integrity

Causes you support? Hyland Christian School, American Cancer Society, St Jude

How do you spend your down time? With my wife!!

Passions and diversions? Basketball, camping, hiking, skiing, traveling

Stress relievers? Running and basketball

What's next for you? Whatever God has planned!

What are you working toward? Continued success at work, and more time at home

How will you make your mark? Work smarter, not harder
